TOOLS

In the execution phase of our projects, we always seek to maximise the creative aspects of our idea work and the technical quality of our designs. We’re also aware of the fact that our clients’ success hinges on the extent to which we allow considerations of relevance and business value to guide the approach we take in our solutions. In our experience, the best solutions are most often produced by teams in which secure clients and consultants work together. To achieve this balance, we use a series of tools to guide our work and power our processes.

The GROW Model
This is a method for ensuring that all relevant knowledge and facts are considered when defining the assignment and the desired outcomes in relation to existing opportunities and obstacles.

This is what we want to achieve! And this is our take on the present situation.

Creative Openings
A structured methodology intended to make room for creativity, inspire team members to think big, and leave openings for alternative solutions. All this is done while systematically nudging the project towards relevancy and optimised solutions.

There’s hardly ever just one flavour of ice cream that you like, and sometimes, you’re not even in the mood for ice cream at all!

Visual Audit
Intelligence and competitor analysis. This method grants insight into the solutions that are available (and those that aren’t!).

I had no idea it could look like this!

Future Self
A tool for visioning and planning.
